The Violet Hour – Civil Wars
I’m really enjoying taking street pictures with film, I find it a challenge as I have to work far more with my settings to get a good shot. This coupled with the fact I have to wait for the image to be processed I find really addictive. At the moment I’m having problems with my 35mm camera as I’m taking lots of blurry shots, three films worth in all ( I know it’s not me ) Thats why theres not many shots in the 35mm size. This problem has lead me to look at a higher end of camera in the lecia m6/m7 oh how sad.
<<<I had to combine two posts together>>>
Don’t worry my blog isn’t turning into a constant flow of my latest film shots, I have a list of posts that are coming up! For once I’m more organised than even I expected. While I wait for those posts to take form, here is a roll of film I shot on Wednesday afternoon. The woman who is staring at me did so when I wasn’t looking at her, every-time I turned to look at her she looked away. She was talking to me all through me taking pictures of her as well, which is why I find her looks even more amusing. Please leave me a comment below! and oh this was shot on my lubitel on 120 potra film – 400 speed and converted to B/W
